She helped us with preparing the home for the top price including interior paint colors. Thye both help us get the home ready and brought over nick-knacks, paintings, and pillows to dress the house up. Last, but certainly not least, they spent a lot of time determining the "right price" for the property. Not too low, not too high. They nailed it! We ended up with multiple offers and sold the home for just over asking price. Jeff and Melissa make a great team and we were very thankful for all that they did. Selling a home is very stressful.
