I live in Virginia and needed to sell property there. Unfortunately the renters (that I had been assured would care for the property properly)...did not. I was left with a mess of junk and trash, broken windows, extreme damage to the living quarters and living so far away and retired .limited income, no way to personally deal with the task. I called Jeannie (did not know of her prior) and she was AMAZING from the 1st talk we had. She re-assured me, jumped right on the details and steps to get my property ready for sale.
