We hired Jeannette for help buying our first home since it was a lot more difficult than we realized. She was very quick to respond and set up a day to help us hunt for the best house. She was great at understanding our tastes in style, budget, and location. When it came to talking to builders she was very knowledgeable about the whole process and knew very in-detail questions to ask to make sure we were getting the best for our money and what we wanted. Since we decided to go with a new construction, there were many meetings throughout the building and she took the time to attend all of them to make sure we were all on the same track and if anything went wrong she could vouch for us. Throughout the whole process if we ever had any questions we would email her and get a response usually within the hour.
Jeannette was extremely professional throughout all aspects of the purchase. She was very responsive always keeping us in the loop. She did not rush us and all the homes that she showed us meet our criteria. She is very knowledgeable in all the local market. She was straight forward and very honest about limitations and expectations. Next time we decide to purchase a home Jeannet will be the only person we call.
