Everyone has preferences and I found the team more effective than I imagined. Ken handled both my wife and myself with his experience and easy explanation of the legals; Jeannette managed the Edocuments as well as guiding my wife (I think Jeannette is actually the action figure here). I give Jeannette a huge 5 stars as to the team.
