I have dealt with other real estate agents the past few years, both locally and Las Vegas needless to say I wasn't very happy with the outcome, hindsight... Ken and Jeanette are second to none! This was a very difficult sale. the first time we tried to sell the property, the buyer backed out of the deal after 30 days (10 day limit on the sale per the buyer). The second sale went smoothly, culminating in the closure of the sale. The first buyer had put down $1500.00 dollars earnest money. After they had violated the terms of the contract, one of the spouses refused to sign the release of the money. Thanks to Amy Childress and Ken, I was able to get the money. Ken and Jeannette went above and beyond to make this a successful transaction.
