I can not say enough about Ken Harding and Jeanette Draper. I have been dealing with them since the summer of 2020 when I listed my rental property for sale with them. Since then I have listed and sold two more rental properties (both sold on the same weekend they were listed for full price). I am constantly calling them for advice, as I am considering developing a few more properties, and or selling other rentals that I have had for several years. I have them contact the tenants to open the door for discussion of selling to them first before listing. They are with Access Realty, which is (in my opinion) the premiere property management realty office in Pahrump, so they also are active in placing tenants in my rentals. They are very knowledgeable about the Pahrump real estate market, and can work with first time buyers as well as sellers such as myself. They are heavily involved in social marketing to get your property out there to be noticed. They ALWAYS either answer their telephone calls or return calls promptly. I can not say enough about them, for real estate they are truly the "Dream Team".
