She sold our condo for the price we agreed to with her. She saved us time and effort by selling the condo as is. She stayed with us when we had difficulty removing a tenant. She went beyond the call of duty to help with getting the Salvation Army to remove furniture in the condo. She was pleasant throughout the process. I do not know about her negotiating skills or her local knowledge. She seemed to know how the process works. I might have given five stars if I knew more.

We connected with Jeanne through the La Mesa office more than a year before we actually made our move to San Diego. She sent us listings that fit our criteria so that we could see available properties. She took us out to look when we were in town. Jeanne has lived in the area for many years so she knew which neighborhoods would match the type of property we desired. Once we moved here she was easily accessible and flexible with her time in order to show us property on short notice. She has a deep understanding of the market and the area. Jeanne is friendly, respectful and professional; working with her was a pleasure. We love our home!

Jeanne was the perfect realtor for me. She's a genuine person who works very hard but makes it look easy because she loves what she does. She began working with me when I knew I was months away from being able to buy, and yet she devoted much time to discussing the market with me and showing me houses and condos. We ranged over a lot of different areas, types of housing, and prices. She gave advice when asked but never pushed me in any direction. When I found the house I wanted, my "perfect" house, she handled the negotiations and paperwork expertly. She stays on top of things and is very responsive in communication. I couldn't give her a higher recommendation. Buying a house is such a huge decision; choose your realtor with care! I don't think you could go wrong with Jeanne.
