In purchasing my current home I was set up Jeanne Frigard. Meeting her at the first home we walked, I seen she quickly understood what I was thinking when it came to size of the lot and demographics of the area I wanted to be. Once we did find the home I liked, without me even knowing prior, she was able to work out a credit with the seller that allowed me to make a few improvements to the home. That little thing she did went very far. Jeanne made the whole process extremely smooth. There were some issues I had with my loan agent not advising me on what an earnest payment was. Being a first time home buyer I expected more from my loan agent and instead, received almost all of my information from Jeanne. She is very easy to speak with and understands a lot about this business. From start to finish, I hope to have this same experience when it comes time to purchase a home out of state.
