Jeanne goes above and beyond to help her clients. I am a first time home buyer and I had a very limited budget and limited locations for my house hunt. Jeanne worked with me patiently for several months, talked me through every step, and answered all of my many questions. In addition she referred me to other professionals involved in this process who were as hard working and patient as herself. I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone else. Sent from God! I found Jeanne via Zillow and as one of those slightly obsessive people who prefers to handpick vendors/services myself, I was a little skittish about being assigned an agent--but WOW, the Frigards went above and beyond and I am deeply appreciative. In purchasing my current home I was set up Jeanne Frigard. Meeting her at the first home we walked, I seen she quickly understood what I was thinking when it came to size of the lot and demographics of the area I wanted to be. Once we did find the home I liked, without me even knowing prior, she was able to work out a credit with the seller that allowed me to make a few improvements to the home. That little thing she did went very far. Jeanne made the whole process extremely smooth. There were some issues I had with my loan agent not advising me on what an earnest payment was. Being a first time home buyer I expected more from my loan agent and instead, received almost all of my information from Jeanne. She is very easy to speak with and understands a lot about this business. From start to finish, I hope to have this same experience when it comes time to purchase a home out of state. I would give a 5 star rating for Jeanne for the knowledge and total comforting experience I received in purchasing my new home. Thank you Jeanne!
