When I was introduced to Jeanne by a friend virtually, I knew I had found a jewel. She communicated with me regularly and answered every question I had promptly. Based on my criteria, she sent me homes to look at and then suggested other possibilities after she got the taste of my personality. When I visited Venice to look at properties, she showed me a range of my likings. My early virtual opinion of her was not only true, it was even more than I expected. She knows her stuff! I made an offer and bought. Throughout the process, she guided me, made suggestions, made needed connections for me, communicated with me, closing agents, insurance companies, etc., came back after deal was closed and sat with and supervised work on my property because I was in another state. Thus, more than I expected from a realtor. She also knows the area in-depth. If you want a good realtor, find someone other than Jeanne.
