In our decision to buy a property, Jeanne facilitated our search and tailored it according to our specifications. She made sure we saw a lot of places, other than just one community, so we could see what was out there and weigh the options. She pointed out features, both pro ( a swimming pool with lap lanes) and possibly con (a back lanai with a less favorable view). She was honest, friendly and approachable, and always a phone call away. Jeanne went above and beyond, and post- sale is still doing so. On the recommendation of close friends, we reached out to her two months ago when we pondered buying a place in Florida. We have since recommended her to a family member. Jeanne has been terrific. Any detail or question we had, even if it seemed trivial or small, she would attend to right away. She fully understands the process of buying a home, and the clients’ anxieties surrounding that decision, and alleviated our concerns. Jeanne always got back to us immediately, for any little or big thing. She is amazing!
