Your real state agent can make or break your buying experience. We live in NJ and were looking to buy a second home in SW Florida. We were not real familiar with the area but we knew a general area we wanted to be in and the amenities that were important to us. Jeanne who use to live in NJ assured us she would make it a smooth transition for us to feel comfortable becoming part time Florida residents. She always had our best interest in mind. We never felt any pressure. In fact she subtlety made us realize we might be moving too quick! She said don't feel like you have to find a place on your first trip here, it might take multiple trips. Before flying down she suggested hotels that were perfect for locations where we wanted to look. We met and had lunch were she really got to know us and asked the important questions. We quickly realized that this just wasn't a "business transaction" for her. She truly cared that we found something that checked all our boxes and that we wouldn't have buyer regret. We ended up buying a new construction condo that was rich with amenities. She found us exactly what we were looking for because she took the time to get to know us. As construction was being completed she would send us photos and updates. Jeanne asked questions to the builder that we never would have thought of on our behalf. If there was a "hiccup" she handled it with out adding any stress to us. Home buying can be an enjoyable process if you have the right person looking out for you. Jeanne is that person!!! We already told her that we look forward to her showing us a larger house in 3 years. We fully recommend Jeanne for your home buying needs whether your from out of state or currently reside in Florida. We didn't realize our first friend in Florida would be our real estate agent! Jeanne, thank you for everything!!!
