I only had one offer below asking everything else was atleast $15,000+ above asking price. Jeanette literally has the biggest network of realtors, whom she has collaborated with for sales and purchases. The realtors respect Jeanette because they know they will be working with her again shortly, as Jeanette is one of the most busy realtors in this area. In short, you are not just hiring Jeanette, but you are hiring her network, which she was spent a long time cultivating and she has a great reputation. Jeanette knew my minimum sales price and she wasn't going to even allow anyone to come in below that price. She's a magician at what she does and she adds value and money to your real estate sale. I really cannot recommend her enough. If you listen to her advice you will maximize your earnings with a minimal investment of time and money in unnecessary repairs/improvements. It is really quite simple - please don't go with a friend of a friend, with a relative or with your realtor down the street when you can make yourself free money. Oh, and to boot, Jeanette is lovely and personable too (even though she will be cut throat defending your rights and your price/sale/terms). Best decision I made was to act on the recommendation of my real estate lawyer in contacting her - one call and I knew I had found the perfect realtor to sell my house.
