In short, you are not just hiring Jeanette, but you are hiring her network, which she was spent a long time cultivating and she has a great reputation. Jeanette knew my minimum sales price and she wasn't going to even allow anyone to come in below that price. She's a magician at what she does and she adds value and money to your real estate sale. I really cannot recommend her enough. If you listen to her advice you will maximize your earnings with a minimal investment of time and money in unnecessary repairs/improvements. It is really quite simple - please don't go with a friend of a friend, with a relative or with your realtor down the street when you can make yourself free money. Oh, and to boot, Jeanette is lovely and personable too (even though she will be cut throat defending your rights and your price/sale/terms).
