She has negotiated for me in attorney review with the other agent (back channeling) when the lawyers locked heads, as they often do. She knows what she is doing and is clever! She also has a ton of contacts for renovations/repairs/inspections. I wouldn't do a deal without her. She is worth her weight in gold. As a seller's agent, she knows how to stage the property, what is necessary for a spectacular listing, and how to communicate with buyers. She is on top of her game, responds to calls promptly, and doesn't mess around. She always has your best interests at heart and will always go to bat for you. If a property is sitting that she has listed, it is probably because the sellers didn't take her advice on how to list/price it. She is on point and knows what sells and what doesn't.
