Every property that I have wanted has been competitive to get - lots and lots of offers. Having Jeanette as your agent is KEY because she is usually friends with all the realtors which can help your offer stand out amongst the crowd. She has negotiated for me in attorney review with the other agent (back channeling) when the lawyers locked heads, as they often do. She knows what she is doing and is clever!
