We were fortunate to work with Jean as buyers and sellers. She helped us purchase our home when we moved to Colorado from out of state. Our experience with Jean was so outstanding that we recommended her to friends that were planning to move to Colorado and worked with her again when it was time to sell our Colorado home. Jean's attention to detail is impeccable! She took the time to get to know our family and our needs. She made sure that we found a home that we would love and fit our budget. I never felt like she was just trying to sell us an overpriced home. Jean ensured that we understood every part of the process. When the real estate market went crazy in 2022, Jean helped us navigate the seller's market. Jean is incredibly patient and worked tirelessly to help us through every phase of the sale process. She always provided detailed information and was always prepared to answer all of our questions. We have worked with other realtors and none compare to Jean. We would HIGHLY recommend Jean Theobald for ALL of your real estate needs!

Jean was great to work with. She explained everything and went over all the details in simple terms so I could understand. She handled all the iinspection set up appointments with for thing that needed to be done.

Jean was absolutely perfect as a realtor for us. After a very tricky transition out of the military to finally coming home to Colorado, Jean seamlessly got us on track by finding the best houses to view based on the criteria we were looking for. She got us through each hurdle, but Jean’s attention to detail, and her personal and thoughtful approach to the house purchase made it feel like we were working with family. She always had our family’s interests in mind, and I cannot say enough on how happy we were with her services. I absolutely recommend Jean for anyone who’s looking to find their dream home. Thanks a million!!
