Let me start off with I'm an easy going person, but I'm also the pickiest person, so I don't just choose any person to work with. When I work with someone I evaluate quite a bit. I look into their work ethic, professionalism, and how good they are at their job. I also look into whether or not they are detail oriented, as that is super important in real estate. But most importantly I also look at who they are as a person. Jean came to us as a referral and we are so glad she did.
