We found Ken and Jean online as we were specifically looking for coastal climate opportunities, and they had excellent knowledge of north county San Diego area. We were strong on finding a home in the Ocean Hills Country Club development. After looking at several properties it became clear agent had the complete understanding of the development. Always available for showings and questions and were involved in every aspect of assisting with our selection and closing September 8, 2023. Ken Tritle is the best relator we have ever met and for sure ever worked with. We have bought and sold 5 homes. Ken is patient, a great listener, straightforward, extremely knowledgeable, and focused on making his clients happy. Ken Tritle and his Dreamwell Homes team did a fantastic job helping us buy a home in the San Diego area while we live in Ohio. We made a number of trips to the San Diego area so were vaguely familiar with the area. We corresponded via email with Ken over 2 years and we were aware of high housing prices but it seem to be out of our reach. So we gave him a priority of larger lots, firsts floor primary bedroom and gorgeous views and reasonably near family. He had a difficult task checking all those priority boxes. Ken listened intently to our comments after each house we looked at, continually helping us narrow our search. He patiently explained and showed us what we could get for our budget and showed us what we could get if we increased our budget, as we only wanted to compromise so far. Ken continued to show us what was available in our budget combined with our desires, until he found us the house we wanted. Then he coached us through the bidding process to a successful bid. Most realtor obligations end there but Ken continued to help us work through the due diligence period, and now even after we have taken possession he helps us by making recommendations including contractors to work with and then showing the Contractors around when we are out of town.
