We were in Texas when we contacted her and within a day she sent us all the homes that meet our criteria in the area we were interested in. We narrowed down our homes of interest to about 5. Because we wanted to try to buy before we physically got to Alaska, Jean walked through each home while FaceTiming us and showing us the details of each home. She was very attentive to the details of the home while walking through and described things she thought would interest us or things that would deter us. She is very knowledgeable with the area and all things related to buying a home. We ended up buying a home that she walked through for us - she even was there when the home inspector went to the home since we were en-route to Alaska. We were a little hesitant in buying a home without physically seeing it or being there for process, but Jean set our minds at ease and answered every question we had along the way. She always kept us posted on what was happening and where we were at in the process. She went above and beyond the call of a realtor!! And we love our home!!
