Jean was outstanding. This was my first house purchase. Let me tell you if you don't already know...a leap into the unknown of home buying. I was unsure and not knowledgeable about the buying process. Thank God for Jean! All of those feelings of not knowing quickly evaporated away. The seller replaced the door with a brand new one, got them to hire a cleaning service and had the entire house completely cleaned. She also made sure the seller filed a police report and did a follow up. All before I received the keys, which got pushed back only 2 days. Not bad at all considering the circumstances. Jean definitely a super star to say the least. She went above and beyond my expectations. No questions asked, I WILL use her for future purchases.
