Jean M. Dietze, a new agent at Terrie O'Connor Realtors, brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to her role as a realtor. Before joining TOCR, Jean served as President, Affiliate Relations, at NBC Broadcasting. While there, her role centered on collaboration, relationship building, and revenue generation across NBC's extensive network of affiliates spanning over 225 markets.
With an impressive 46-year career at NBC, Jean has honed skills that seamlessly translate to the real estate arena. She understands the critical importance of teamwork, a lesson learned in both the corporate environment and the world of real estate. In addition, her mantra of "thinking like an owner, not an employee" is a philosophy she applies to real estate.
Jean's deep roots in Ramsey, NJ, where she has resided for over 45 years, give her a unique perspective on the local real estate market. Within New Jersey, she recognizes and values the strong community spirit, excellent schools, libraries, sports, and recreational facilities, and the dedication of the local First Responders in the area.
Furthermore, Jean's love for northern New Jersey is infectious. Her admiration for the region is rooted in its appeal to potential homebuyers and sellers. She celebrates the sense of community, the top-notch schools, and the abundance of recreational opportunities, all of which make northern New Jersey an attractive place to call home. Jean is excited to share her knowledge and passion for this region with her clients as she embarks on her journey as a real estate agent.
