We had requested information from Jayne on a home where she was the listing agent. She seemed super knowledgeable and was extremely helpful regarding that home, so as soon as we got our preapproval, we decided to reach out to her to start home shopping. We were moving from out of state and she said we couldn't put an offer in until 5 days before we were arriving in town, so we decided to wait until arriving in Pensacola to start our search. I found out later that we actually could have put in an offer 5-10 days earlier than that because standard contract verbiage allows 15 days for inspection. The day we were finishing our drive into town there was a home we wanted to view right away and we couldn't reach her -- she responded after we had already found another agent, viewed the home and put an offer. If you are in town she might be a great agent to work with, but I would not recommend her for relocating.
