Jayne Ward

We had requested information from Jayne on a home where she was the listing agent. She seemed super knowledgeable and was extremely helpful regarding that home, so as soon as we got our preapproval, we decided to reach out to her to start home shopping. We were moving from out of state and she said we couldn't put an offer in until 5 days before we were arriving in town, so we decided to wait until arriving in Pensacola to start our search. I found out later that we actually could have put in an offer 5-10 days earlier than that because standard contract verbiage allows 15 days for inspection. The day we were finishing our drive into town there was a home we wanted to view right away and we couldn't reach her -- she responded after we had already found another agent, viewed the home and put an offer. If you are in town she might be a great agent to work with, but I would not recommend her for relocating.

My husband and I just closed on our brand new home that Jayne found for us. Jayne stayed on top of things every step of the way and was extremely quick to respond/address any questions that we had. Jayne went above and beyond to guide us with our home purchase and made the process so much easier, despite us living in another state. While we are extremely famiar the the area, Jayne has kept in contact with us letting us know of events, restaurants etc that she knew our family would enjoy. We feel that Jayne brings ALL of her knowledge & expertise to the table and if there was a question that we had and she didn't know the answer, Jayne would hop right on it and get our question answered very quickly. Jayne does it all herself...no long list of staff members...when I say she does it all...she does...from start to finish, Jayne is the one that assists you through the process! We feel that Jayne kept us well informed. Buying a home in another state is a scary process, but I can honestly say that she made this a very positive experience. We highly recommend using Jayne Ward as a realtor. She loves what she does and it shows. Not once did we ever feel pressured. Jayne found us the perfect home in an absolutely crazy market.

Jayne went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase of our property. Jayne was always available and attentive to our needs. Jayne is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Jayne has been an amazing realtor for me and I highly recommend her to anyone. With me being 7 hours away and working on buying/building a house in Pensacola, she was more than helpful to me. I could always count on her to get things accomplished and respond to me. She made sure I wasn't getting taken advantage of and was on queue with my walk through. Jayne is very efficient and cares for her clients, best realtor hands down.
