Decent property manager until something isn’t going well. He is known to blame tenants for appliance breakdowns even if it’s not the result of misuse or abuse. If you have the option seek rental opportunities elsewhere.
Great service and quick answers to emails. Although I did not end up renting the property due to personal reasons, he was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend !
