I was introduced to Jay my best friend because...
I was introduced to Jay my best friend because Jay had sold his house in a day for more than he had anticipated. Jay had my town home sold before it had hit the MLS for more than the listing price. I'm not saying this will happen for you but it shows how in tune he is with the market and the other realtors in the area. I was out of the country during the process and Jay made sure everything was done on time including the cleaning, touch up painting and the moving of any last items in the house. He's a great guy, true professional and incredibly responsive. I didn't realize how easy it could be to sell my town home and I honestly believe it was because of Jay. You will be so happy working with Jay!
