He was excellent agent who walked us step by step of the process of selling our home.

He explained the step by step process of selling our house and the reasons why he was doing this way. Which by the way it worked. We hit a little snag along the way but he was very persistent with the HOA and buyers agent. It took a little longer than expected but with Jay’s team we closed the deal. I would recommend Jay and his team anytime somebody wanted a referral. He’s a guy who will explain the procedures and always stay on top of things.
