He explained the step by step process of selling our house and the reasons why he was doing this way. Which by the way it worked. We hit a little snag along the way but he was very persistent with the HOA and buyers agent. It took a little longer than expected but with Jay’s team we closed the deal. He also had an enormous amount of referrals for excellent upgrades and repairs to our home! That saved us SO much time and worry. Now we can go forward with planning our move date, since we know approximately when the repairs and additions will happen!
