This man kept going even when a buyer dropped out and the next got wobbly! He encouraged us, told us our best options at crucial parts of the escrow, and "saved the day" many times! There were long weekends of open houses, and he got us an amazing video cameraman. He gets the trophy for outstanding performance in selling our house!!

Jalall was on the ball from the very start. Called him on a Sunday afternoon about an immediate need to put in an offer and within a couple of hours he had contacted his lender and had us pre-qualified to submit that night! His knowledge of the market and what buyers like to see in an offer letter were helpful in getting our offer accepted on the first try without even a counter offer being issued. Throughout the whole process he remained in constant contact with us and kept us informed of any small issues. Overall amade for a very easy escrow process. Would reccommend 10/10.
