Mr. Jay Rosenthal is the best Real Estate Agent in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area! He made the process selling a house simple and easy to understand for me and I truly appreciated his patience and expertise. His keen insight on selling a house was extremely valuable to me and I know I could not have sold my house without Jay’s guidance and expertise. Jay is a man of action and get things done is a timely matter! I could not believe how fast he had a buyer for my house within 12 days from date the house went on the market. I fired my first agent due to poor performance during preparation to putting the house on the market. Jay was referred to me by a very close and trusted family friend. I was under a lot of stress and pressure to sell my house and go to settlement within 45 days due to me relocating to Germany for my new job.
