Mr. Jay Rosenthal is the best Real Estate Agent in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area! He made the process selling a house simple and easy to understand for me and I truly appreciated his patience and expertise. His keen insight on selling a house was extremely valuable to me and I know I could not have sold my house without Jay’s guidance and expertise. I cannot say enough good things about Jay. Jay is knowledgeable and professional. He is attentive--has a good listening ear, returns emails and phone calls quickly, gives advice and recommendations but not in a pushy way.
