Unfortunately the reason for selling our house is because of a marriage separation. As anyone can imagine this situation required some extra understanding and care. Jay was amazing throughout the process. He was organized and professional from the first contact. He was kind and patient when things got tense. Selling a house is difficult enough on its own. But I can’t imagine going through the situation with anyone but Jay. He was the very definition of rising above and beyond. I would never go with anyone else.

"My family and I relocated to Ohio from out of state. We essentially had one day to come up to Ohio, look at houses, and make a purchase. Jay researched HOA requirements and provided us access to our own MLS search app so we could narrow down our search prior to our trip. He went out of his way to explain our situation to the selling agent of the home we wanted to buy in order to get us the best deal and get items noted on the inspection report corrected before purchase. Since we were relocating from out of state we required help form Jay that most clients probably would not.
