This is the second property I have purchased with Jay's help. Most real estate agents get into it because they want to take the easy road and not work, in my opinion. They don’t know about construction, or about amenities. They even don’t seem to care that you want to spotlight certain aspects of your home. Then there is Jay. He has experience in inspecting a home as if he were buying it, assisting the customer in finding any small details that may have been passed over by the untrained eye. He listens and offers constructive suggestions while trying to get your home off the market as soon as possible.
