Real Estate Investor and Realtor with Eagle Rock Realty. I spent some years in Norway where investing was more of a dream than a reality for me. After moving home to Tulsa, my wife and I had our two little girls. I began investing in residential real estate on a tight budget while working a fulltime job and doing rehabs mostly myself. In 2022 I was able to leave Corporate America and now manage my portfolio and enjoy helping others with an industry I love and understand.
A few things I value and prioritize:
-Communication and Transparency. I keep clients updated and informed. If I learn something about a home or see we've reached another milestone in the transaction, you'll be in the loop seconds afterwards. How frustrating is it to not know what's going on with YOUR deal? I've been there, and I make sure my clients never will be.
-Professionalism. I treat others in a courteous and respectful manner, even (especially) if things get tense. Being the calm-in-the-storm is what I'm here to do.
-Marketing. As an investor first, I understand that it takes resources to get results. I spend my time and my money marketing property for clients. This includes high-end media, sharing with my brokerage network, social media audience, and individual prospecting for buyers.
