We invited Jay to our home a year before we decided to sell. I asked for his opinion on what we might need to do to prepare to sell our home in the future. He spent time with us, walking through each room, and providing us with tips and suggestions. When we decided to sell our home a year later, we wanted Jay to list it for us.
