Jason is the only agent we will ever use, period. Since he is quite a few years younger than us I can say with confidence that we'll never have a need to use any other agent. We met Jason pretty much by accident at a open house and over the next several months he provided guidance and knowledge of the Prescott area that we desperately needed. Amy was fantastic in helping us find our new home. I would recommend Amy and Jason very highly! All inspections and signings were set up quickly and made everything so nice and worry free. Amy kept me focused and wouldn’t let me settle when I was tired of looking, she was always very posititive.

Finding a broker that would take away this burden from me was something I strongly considered when selecting a broker. With Jason and Amy, I knew that they were keeping close tabs on my home. I never worried about the home being vacant. Whenever we had a showing scheduled, they would go out of their way to make sure the home and yard were pristine. I never once worried about my home while they were in charge. Jason and Amy were also very creative in ways to market the property and open-minded when I made suggestions. They worked every lead as diligently as possible. I'm positive that my home would not have sold without the proactive approach that Jason and Amy took throughout the entire process. Jason and Amy were very easy to work with. They were always responsive and followed up with me after each showing. I will use Jason and Amy again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
