More than just a realtor. We were connected with Amy by our Realty One selling agent in WA. We were relocating from out of state with two small children and a business. Amy dedicated so much time to showing us options. Once we found the right house, Amy went above and beyond in getting it to close including helping coordinate local vendors for our inspections/water testing and ensuring the seller was fulfilling their commitments prior to close. Also as a new mom to the area, Amy made sure I had recommendations to all the necessary resources. She helped connect me with folks in her network as I was looking for a job. Jason was a professional in every aspect from the first day we had a meeting to discuss the sale of the property until the day we closed. He was always in touch and guided me through the process in each stage of the sale. He was spot on in his analysis of the area and what the expectations should be in todays market. Jason is a great realtor. Coming from out of state, we knew nothing about the area. Jason took my husband and I all around town, showing us the various different neighborhoods and telling us about the pros and cons of each area. He truly listened to what we wanted in our new home.
