When we looked at homes, her and Jason were extremely organized, they provided me with a folder of each home-listing in order. We saw a total of 12 homes in one day, and the last home was the one I ended up buying! I definitely didn't expect to find a house the first day, but Malitha listened to exactly what I wanted - and found it for me. They brought their son Joel, who is also training to be a realtor, and he was also great and helpful. This is such a wonderful family, and if you are thinking about buying a home - I highly recommend them. I never once felt pressured and I was listened to, and given great advice. They made house shopping so much fun, and I am so excited to move into my first home!
