Jason & Malitha went above and beyond in finding the right property for us. We live in the UK and had very specific requirements on what sort of property we were after and as we were unable to view the properties ourselves, Jason was amazing at visiting them on our behalf and recording a video. In particular, we had specific requirements for a large back yard and even in the pouring rain Jason would be squelching his way around making sure he had covered all the bases in terms of our back yard requirements. They were also extremely helpful in guiding us through the rules and regulations of purchasing a property in the US and their post sales follow-up was excellent. My husband and I cannot fault the service we received from Jason & Malitha - they made buying our dream home in Port St Lucie effortless.

First off I want to let everyone know that I don't think there are anyone nicer than this team, both Jason and Malitha have the biggest hearts of anyone we know. We moved to Florida almost a year ago now, we bought a house that didn't suit our needs and we discovered after buying our home that we were in a rolling flood zone and could not put up a fence for our beautiful dogs, unfortunately, I fought the town for a few months and decided to look for a new home, this is how I met Malitha and Jason, not only did Malitha go out of her way to show me properties that I thought might fit our needs, she answered every question I had with the sale of my house in Maine because I was having so much trouble with the buyers of my house in Maine. I quickly began to trust her professional side, and the bonus was the great big heart she had, I felt like I was in good hands. when my husband and I decided we were going to sell our houseMalitha & Jason we’re obviously our first choice to call for a realtor, they got our house under contract so quickly we were impressed, we had decided to buy within our HOA community that We were already living in and our house was ready. We at first thought we were going to keep our house that we bought and rent it, when we first moved here and then our first tax bill came and it blew us out of the water so we were unable to keep the house we purchased when we first moved to Florida, so we quickly had to put it on the market and try to sell it as fast as we can, and this team did just that they got it on the market. They found a buyer a strong buyer and here we are we are now in our beautiful home so happy and the buyer got a great home and investment with the purchase of our old house, as you know buying and selling is not an easy task but Malitha and Jason got it done. We cannot THANK Malitha, Jason and Joel enough for all their help!!! We closed on our home 4/26/2024!
