We recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Lande when looking for our home. From day 1, Jason was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Jason was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Every time Jason showed us a house he had all the information ready for us and had an answer for every question. He took the stress out of the inspection process and really went above and beyond for us. I could always reach him, and he really came through for us when we needed him.

Jason has been our real estate agent since 2014 and honestly now we consider him a family friend. We tried to purchase a home in 2014 but due to issues with our lender the deal fell through but Jason stuck by us. When we felt we were ready again he helped us find a better lending partner & then the hunt was on. In the current real estate market things are moving very quickly & we not only had fairly strict cost concerns, but we also weren’t willing to change our kids current schools. With the above in mind Jason set out to find the perfect home. He sent us daily listings as well as scheduled the others we thought we wanted to see. We quickly found our perfect home but Jason kept at it scheduling our inspection and after it was completed worked with the homeowner’s agent to make sure things were fixed properly or got us money back to take care of things ourselves. I can’t speak highly enough of Jason about how patient, as well as diligently helpful he is & we recommend to anyone in the market.

Jason assisted my mother during the difficult time of selling her home she had lived in more than 50 years. Jason handled the sell with extreme professionalism and compassion. Always available and responsive. He went above and beyond all of our expectations from the first interview, during the showings and open house and through the final day of closing!

Jason Lande is not only a great real estate seller, but a very nice man. He used numerous modalities to sell my condominium including internet webpage, facebook, twitter, instagram. He had several showings on Sundays taking time out from his weekend with his family which I appreciated a lot. Overall a great selling experience.
