Beginning 5 years back Jason has assisted me and my wife with 6 real estate transactions. He sold our last house before it even hit the market and over our price. He always has our best interest in mind. I highly recommend using Jason
The experience of buying a home in the current market is very difficult. To say that Mr. Litt made it seamless is a massive understatement. He is competent, aggressive, and responsive. With his guidance, I was able to find the right place, buy a beautiful home, and move in under 60 days. Jason has what it takes. Look no further!
I have dealt in real estate for over 50 years, and I strongly recommend Jason Litt and his organization to you. He is extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, from listing to closing. He is attentive to all your needs, I strongly recommend him to you, you will not be disappointed.
Jason was great. Amazing market knowledge. He kept us closely informed and made it a breeze for us. He’s the only agent I recommend.
Jason's team was an amazing experience me and my family went through. They were very knowledgeable about all to do with real estate. They have taken us to several homes all in which were exactly what we were looking for. Good school zones, quiet neighborhoods and most importantly great locations near all. I have bought 3 homes in my lifetime and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. I highly would recommend his team to anybody looking for their dream home.
I cannot say enough about Jason and his team. As a reluctant landlord with property in Delray Beach, I first engaged Jason a couple of years ago to find a renter for me. He not only found me someone in record time, but exceeded the amount I was asking for in rent. Last year, when I put the property up for sale for the first time, Jason worked relentlessly to find a buyer for me. We explored rent to own scenarios, and he was extremely creative in investigating "out of the box" options for me to allow me to offload my townhome. Unfortunately, we didn't get a buyer in 2021 but Jason, once again, found a fantastic tenant for me - in record time - and who paid MORE than I was expecting in rent. In 2022 I decided to take advantage of the housing surge, and contacted Jason to get his advice about listing. I would have been overjoyed at getting 550k for my townhome, but he encouraged me after doing a deep dive into the comps to list for 599k. After three weeks on the market, he got me 599k! Throughout the process, Jason was available - I don't think he sleeps! - and was incredibly responsive. When I had an issue with escrow, he pulled in one of his contacts to advise me on how to approach it. Frankly, Jason should be charging more than what he does for his services. Keep up the great work Jason. I am truly appreciative of what you have done for me and my family.
I worked with Jason to sell my townhouse in Coconut Creek and what do I have to say – an excellent and top notch agent. He listed my place for 1% and it was under contract in just DAYS and he was able to get me OVER appraised. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly, highly recommended Jason to buy or sell your home.
