Jason helped us get our first home in this crazy market. He was patient, easy to contact and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough about Jason and his team. As a reluctant landlord with property in Delray Beach, I first engaged Jason a couple of years ago to find a renter for me. He not only found me someone in record time, but exceeded the amount I was asking for in rent. Last year, when I put the property up for sale for the first time, Jason worked relentlessly to find a buyer for me. We explored rent to own scenarios, and he was extremely creative in investigating "out of the box" options for me to allow me to offload my townhome. Unfortunately, we didn't get a buyer in 2021 but Jason, once again, found a fantastic tenant for me - in record time - and who paid MORE than I was expecting in rent. In 2022 I decided to take advantage of the housing surge, and contacted Jason to get his advice about listing. I would have been overjoyed at getting 550k for my townhome, but he encouraged me after doing a deep dive into the comps to list for 599k. After three weeks on the market, he got me 599k! Throughout the process, Jason was available - I don't think he sleeps! - and was incredibly responsive. When I had an issue with escrow, he pulled in one of his contacts to advise me on how to approach it. Frankly, Jason should be charging more than what he does for his services. Jason's team was an amazing experience me and my family went through. They were very knowledgeable about all to do with real estate. They have taken us to several homes all in which were exactly what we were looking for. Good school zones,quiet neighborhoods and most importantly great locations near all. Jason provided an extraordinarily helpful and attentive experience in my condo search. Good range of “possibles” and additional support when i chose my purchase. He was able to provide excellent support service recommendations (inspector, handyman, decorator). I HIGHLY recommend him. He made the entire experience positive and very comfortable.
Amazing, amazing customer service! Jason and Jennifer made the house buying experience super easy for us! We’ve bought two houses from him in the last year and a half and with his persistence, knowledge and dedication to us, both houses closed on the exact date they were supposed to. There were some bumps in the road (none were his fault) but he and Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure they did EVERYTHING they could so we could close exactly on time. I will definitely be using him next year when we buy our next property and any properties there after! Stellar work ethic!
