In 2006, Keeling founded Ryson Vacation Rentals, which quickly became the fastest-growing vacation rental company on Galveston Island. Ryson Vacation Rentals started with 10 units, including one owned by Keeling himself. The company expanded through natural growth and acquisitions, such as Gulf Coast Concierge, which added a significant number of units to their portfolio. By 2012, Ryson managed 100 units, and by 2020, this number had grown to 275 units. Keeling also oversaw the expansion of Ryson's real estate division, which included 10 agents, with Keeling serving as the broker. In 2019, Keeling was recognized as one of the "40 Under 40" by the Galveston Daily News. In 2020, Ryson was named "Small Business of the Year" by the Galveston Chamber of Commerce.
