Courtney is amazing!

Not only is Courtney great at the job of being a realtor, she’s also well connected with a great network in Galveston. She helped me with everything from inspections to elevation certificates, but maybe the best was an insurance agent. The ability to get reasonable insurance on a VE zoned home was what was able to help me close on my vacation home. Thank you Courtney for everything you did! You made the process seamless and you’ll be my realtor for life on the coast!

My husband and I were first time home buyers...

My husband and I were first time home buyers together. It was a really scary choice to decide to buy or not. First he put in touch with a fantastic loan officer who helped us decide what we could afford then we decided to go ahead and buy. Brad sent us many options in the areas in which we were looking and what exactly we were looking for. He helped us find the the most perfect home for us in the best town ever and we could not be happier.

Holly SIncox went above and beyond when it came to service. Her market knowledge and research were excellent and her recommendations during the selling process helped me stage the house well. Brad sold my home I was living in, in Galveston...

Brad sold my home I was living in, in Galveston, and then helped me buy my new house in Santa Fe. Brad was able to arrange for us to close on both transactions on the same day. Brad is also a professional photographer and the pictures he took of the house I was selling resulted in a large numbers of people viewing the home online and saving it in their favorites. I would recommend Brad to anyone.
