Jason is the best realtor in the Northern VA area. He recently my home. He is very knowledgeable in the industry. Jason is not only a great Realtor but a great person as he cares about the individual and not about selling your home. He provides his expert advice but also listens to your wants/desires/concerns. He is encouraging when it seems like things are not moving smoothly. For example, if a contract falls through due to buyers financing he remains calm and has a way of encouraging you that everything is going to work out. Jason is just a nice guy yo work with. I highly recommend Jason for your real estate needs because he is a Realtor who cares about the person and I cannot forget, very responsive no matter of how many calls or texts or time of day. This was a very important characteristic for me.
