Jay was the perfect choice for us in selling our home. He listened to us, made suggestions where warranted, and filled in the "cracks" throughout the journey. We had pretty much "checked out" when our home went on the market, having moved months earlier. Jason made sure that all of the chores needed were taken care of, and that we were able to get the house on the market at the opportune time. We had a contract for the full amount within 2 weeks!
