Jason Hall served as our Buyers Agent recently. Because we were out of town buyers, we relied on Jason for just about everything relating to the purchase of our vacation home. Jason was efficient, reliable, answered our questions immediately and with his out-going and friendly manner, he made our home buying experience a pleasure. He even went so far as to do some handiwork for us before we even moved in. Calls and texts were answered immediately, We were out-of-town buyers and we relied on Jason to be our "go-to" guy for just about everything. Jason was an outstanding realtor! I've bought many homes across the country and had some awful experiences, but Jason was an exception to that experience! He was both patient and responsive. He worked with us for 6 months, running numbers on houses of interest, doing walk through and sending videos, and kept honing in on our wants and needs until we got it right. No used car salesman tactics with Jason, he doesn't apply pressure to push you forward, and I never once got the impression we were just a number and never felt that we were an inconvenience at all. He was firm with the listing agent once we were under contract but very professional and kept the whole process smooth and as low stress as home buying could be. I highly recommend Jason for first time homebuyers AND experienced buyers alike! Thanks Jason!

As a first-time homebuyer purchasing a home while living out-of-state, Jason ensured the entire process went smoothly. He was professional, patient, and understanding as he brought us to view multiple homes with our 3 young children. Jason was available via text, phone, and e-mail at convenient times and did a fantastic job at breaking down the steps and terminology at different stages of the process. We received a card and thoughtful gift from him and his wife when we arrived to our new home yesterday which was a lovely surprise after a stressful 6 hour drive. I highly recommend Jason and look forward to working with him again when it comes time to sell our home or look into options for renting it out.

From out of state I reached out to Jason for a place to live and move into. The literal next day by noon we had a place to call home. He did the video tour and assured everything was taken care of when we got into town. Can’t beat that service!
