During a delay in my closing Jason coordinated with my seller to allow me to move in early! Moreover, Jason went above and beyond even after my closing to make sure I felt right at home by installing a new screen door on my back porch and even bracing a mirror in my guest bathroom. As a transplant from MN to NC, I wasn't sure about laws / buying practices here in Southern Pines / Aberdeen. Jason was patient and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining due diligence vs. earnest money, why there wasn't a furnace in the house, and how vapor barriers in crawl spaces work. I looked at one house (which was perfect), made one offer, and it was accepted thanks to the way it was written. Jason is also extremely well connected within the communities to assist with anything you need for services from roofers, plumbers, electricians, pest control, you name it!
