Jason did an awesome job assisting us throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond as our agent when we were looking through a wide variety of different homes. I definitively was not the easiest customer to work with as I am very meticulous and cautious of real estate agents when buying a home. Jason helped ease my worry and my wife and I came to fully trust him. He never pressured us, gave us his honest opinion of the different homes we looked at and worked extremely hard and efficiently to get us the best deal once we found our home. I got pretty lucky having Jason as an agent. This was my first time buying a home and I didn't know anything about the process. I met Jason when he showed us the first house we looked at when we started the house hunting process before we had an agent. He was upfront and honest about the condition of the house, which needed a lot of work. He then asked us what we were looking for in a house and if we had an agent yet. We gave him an outline of what we were looking for, as well as the price range we were looking to stay within. He sent us the info on some houses and after looking at another one we were pretty dialed in to what we wanted. We landed on a new build that was finishing in the next 3 months. He gave us a lead on a local lender and after shopping around rates Jason's suggestion turned out to be the best deal we found. Jason helped us through the entire process from getting approved, to under writing, inspections, and closing. For what it's worth we used a VA loan. Having no knowledge of the process myself was intimidating, but Jason was able to track down an answer for every question I sent his way. He also made sure I was aware of things I would never have thought to ask about. I never doubted for a second that he was always working in our best interests. I found him to be professional, personable, straight forward, and prompt in all of my dealings with him. I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a house. If I end up buying another house in the area I am definitely going to use Jason again.

Jason was incredibly helpful walking me through my first home selling experience. He was well aware of the market in our area. Likewise he had great connections for all the last minute little fixes that needed to be done for closing. He was always responsive and kept me updated with any changes along the way. Likewise, we knew each other well enough that he had my trust to take care of the little things that didn't necessarily require my full attention. When I decided to sell my home, there were so many options of realtors I could chose from. I had never sold a home before and had no clue as how to go about doing it.
