As a first time home buyer I had no idea where to start. Jason was patient and helpful whenever I had a question or didn't understand something. He also was adamant about making sure I could really see myself (no matter how long it took) in the home before making the final decision. He made sure I was only looking into properties that were within my budget and making suggestions on what could make the place be more of what I wanted. My aunt joined me on almost all of my viewings and he was great about answering her questions and listening to what she had to say about the properties, she's a builder so she had a lot to say!
