Jason knew the market and was helpful in preparing the property description. He also was a good communicator with the other realtors. He handled most of the paperwork issues and made sure we were on track to sell our house. His follow up is very good on any issues that may arise. Vdfy professional.

I don’t know if it is typical for a homebuyer to gain a friend from their searching and buying experience, but my husband and I certainly did with Jason Grimes. Jason was so easy going and relaxed; he put Nick and I at ease right from the beginning. He was always available to answer our questions, whether late at night or early in the morning. He was knowledgeable and resourceful and gave us the absolute best home buying experience possible…he also quickly bonded with my husband over their shared love of the movie Ghost and the art of the lathe (wink, wink). After finding the right condo for us he did a wonderful job helping us stage our home for sale. The pictures he took of inside and exterior of are house really showed up well. In addition he took drone pictures of our community water front which showed the swimming area and boat slips. We had 15 showings the first to days it was offered for sale and 3 offers by the end of the second day. We accepted one of those. Jason was always available to us and was quick to get answers to any of our questions and keep the process moving forward.

Jason is hands down the best Agent you could ever find. He treats each client as a new family member and each house buy/sale as if it was his money he was getting or spending. Jason was so easy to deal with and his demeanor also helped greatly in negotiating the best price for selling our home (by the way we set a RECORD of price per sq ft!!!!). Jason was upfront in communicating, we never had to chase him down or wonder where we were in the process. He even found a few things that we would have never thought of including saving us about $13,000 on taxes as we hadn't adjusted our house to primary, and would have never known if Jason didn't catch it. He was very patient with us on the new house we bought as well and AGAIN saved us a lot of money!! He negotiated the price of the new house to end up being $30k less than it was built for in 2006!!! I'm in the investment world and have clients ask me all the time "Would you recommend this to your mom?" When it comes to Jason, not only would I recommend him to my mom, I wouldn't let her use anyone else!

Jason was great to work with. He was always available, responded quickly to texts, calls, and emails and set up viewings within hours (including next day when we texted him 9pm the night before!). He is super friendly and helped us see details about the houses we were looking at we might have missed otherwise.
